For some clients my service might be free at the point of access as I am registered and work closely with the following major Healthcare Providers:

  • BUPA
  • Healix
  • PruHealth
  • simplyhealth
  • WPA

Please note that due to current trends and evidence base, healthcare providers might be more likely to pay for CBT than psychodynamic Psychotherapy. Please check this with your healthcare provider as it might influence the type of therapy you would like to go for. I am, of course, more than happy to discuss your options with you and offer you advice.

My fees for privately paying clients are as follows:

I aim to offer a fair fee structure, reflecting the quality of service I can offer, the level of training I have completed and my level of expertise. My fees are very competitive in comparison with the fees other qualified psychologists and psychotherapists charge.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy:                      £90 per session

EMDR Therapy:                                                         £90 per 50 min session, £150 per 90 min session

Psychodynamic Counselling:                             £70 per session (depending on income, time                                                                                                                                                of appointment and length of therapy)

Dynamic Interpersonal Therapy (DIT)         £70 per session, required to commit to full

(16 session brief psychodynamic therapy)                               course of treatment (16 sessions)

I offer some reduced fee places for clients who are on a lower income and who would like to commit to longer-term therapy. Please enquire if you are interested in this and to find out if I have any slots available at present.

For you to get the most out of therapy, I suggest that we meet weekly at an agreed upon time, but I am happy to meet less frequently if we agree that that is suitable for what you are looking for.

We will agree to work together for a fixed number of sessions, or keep it open-ended.
